I celebrate the women of the world, young and old, all colors and backgrounds, leading us into a future where all people matter! Thank you moms, sisters, daughters and friends, 20,000 strong in Montpelier, Vermont, and millions more across the world. History will note this day as a beginning point when the world turned in the direction of peace and justice for all.

I feel as if I were there at Montpelier’s amazing celebration testifying to the power behind all courageous people willing to speak up for the rights of women…of all human beings!
