I love how part of me waits all the long winter for Spring and, then, when it finally arrives (April is still winter in Vermont!), it all happens so fast.
One day, piles of old, rotten snow and the next a dozen kinds of ephemeral wild flowers pop up, seemingly out of nothing. In another few weeks, the trees will leaf out and all this will disappear for another year.
But today, for a brief moment, let’s celebrate this heavenly beauty!
