I’ve spend much of the past two days on snowshoes wandering off-trail in the woods and fields. Predicted to be cloudy, they were instead overflowing with gorgeous sun. The shadows were just stunning.

Oh La La..sooo beautiful..
Simply stunning! And so glad you’re out and about on snowshoes 🙂 You have such an incredible eye for contrasts–light and dark, sun and shadow. Thanks!
These are great! Thank you!
Beautiful light and patterns. We finally have sun here, too.
Gorgeous patterns – The beech leaves are sweet!

Thanks all! What a rush to be outside, knee deep on snowshoes, with enough sun heat to wear just a light jacket. More tomorrow!
Your words (“just stunning”) and photos say it all, John. Thanks for capturing it for all the rest of us not on snowshoes!!
