Still Learning To See

Two on ice

To those who know me or follow this blog it is clear I love winter. To live in Vermont and not would be nuts. The process of selecting images for this upcoming show at the Governor’s Gallery, especially from among the many winter images I’ve made, was quite a challenge.

Here are two ice images that made the final selection.GovGal-9314 GovGal-1146

More previews coming over the next couple of weeks! I hope you enjoy them all. The show itself will be up in Montpelier July 7th through September 29th with an opening reception on Thursday, July 10th from 3-5.

More stunning images, John–I do hope you consider publishing a book at some point! I’ve loved Eliot Porter and Ansel Adams, and I do think John Snell’s work matches their standard for excellence 🙂
