I’ll continue to preview the photographs that will be in my upcoming show, but I have to step aside briefly today to acknowledge my friend, Bryan Pfeiffer, and his post today about his pilgrimage to study dragonflies at the annual meeting of the Dragonfly Society of the Americas (DSA). Bryan is a bundle of high energy, a brilliant field naturalist, an amazing photographer and a fabulously entertaining writer. I recommend him to all my readers!
To honor the meeting of the DSA I’ll share a couple of photographs (poor cousins to Bryan’s!) from last year’s trip to western Michigan and encourage folks, wherever you are today, to go outside and keep your eyes open for a nearby “flying dragon!” Life overflows with miracles and dragonflies are right at the top of the list.
