Sunset in NYC

In a workshop I once did, John Shaw reminded us to look to the east at sunset, experience having shown him that there was often a great view to be seen there as well as in the west. Sometimes the mountains of Vermont, like the buildings in NYC, preclude being able to look directly west so you simply see what you see. This view to the north of a sunset over the Hudson was lovely:

Sometimes seeing involves a “mirror” of some sort to see in another direction, in this case the full glory of the setting sun in the windows of a nearby building:
