Still Learning To See

Point Lobos

Point Lobos is magical. From the rocks to the winds, the smells and ocean views—every turn brings delight and a deeper appreciation for seeing things exactly as they are, nothing added or taken away.

I’m in the good company of many photographers, including Edward Weston, who have fallen in love with the remarkable rocky coastline, in particular.

  2. Fantastic images. One can imagine looking down at an alien planet from space. Always learning to see.

Fabulous group of shots, John! PL is a beautiful place. I went there eons ago (long before I knew what a macro photograph was – lol). Hope the ankle is doing well!
