Still Learning To See

A lovely day in Central Park

What a delight to be in this amazing place today. The sun shining, people enjoying each other and the Park, the trees, the babies and kids and, of course, on the other side of the Park, the Met. And best of all, more tomorrow!

People gathering at Strawberry Fields.

Alice playing with the kids, such a joyous sight.

Saraceno’s “Cloud City” on the roof of the Metropolitan Museum is a magical creation.

The park is as much about the people as it is about the natural world that has been created there.

What an amazing place!

  1. Love these pictures! My son and his family live on 74th St. just once block from Central Park–so Lena (12) and Zeph (8) think the Park is their backyard πŸ™‚ The American Museaum of Natural History is just 2 blocks from them, too. Looks like you had great weather, since I’m not seeing many jackets–LOVE the Alice statue!
