this could be a closeup of stucco on a wall with the peaks just struck level, the surface of Mars, or ongoing damage in my brain in a new scan of plaque & prions changing adjacent cells to a new fixed form. or my daughter’s first frosting batch with Brazilian cocoa and a bit too much sugar on a cupcake…
