My perception of time has certainly become odd in the past year. Some days it changes at the pace of a snail and other days like a spring freshet. Watching the return of Spring, even with the occasional unpredictability, is grounding. I know the flowers, though they may be covered for a day with six inches of snow, will continue to unfold. I remember planting many of these last fall, and can imagine looking forward to when the ground will again be frozen and snow covered. I’m grateful to be here and now no matter the time.
