Still Learning To See

Ice

Those of you who follow this blog know that I often become a bit obsessed with photographing ice. The endless patterns are part of it but the translucent qualities are what really knock me out.

And then there is the blue hue! Magic happens when water, cold weather and sunlight mix together.

Crazy or not, I hope you enjoy these few from LittleJohn Quarry at the Millstone Quarries.
