Trees and leaves and such
Post-peak fall is glorious! Perhaps it is because I know what’s coming next or that there are just fewer foliage spectacles to appreciate. Whatever the reason, I love this time of year with the gray bareness sprinkled with a few soft splashes of color.
The mountains, snow and clouds are all a stunning backdrop for the late yellow of the Aspen leaves.

This has been a fall to remember for the apple crop which I’ve enjoyed sampling on my walks.
My old friend the Black Locust, just down the street, is lovely against the evening sky.
