Still Learning To See

Finalist #4, “ice art”

I don’t know when I began to look at and see new ice forming, but I’ve not tired of doing so yet! The 3-dimensional crystals that form and reflect the sky and refract what is in or under the ice provide endless variations of “ice art.” I am particularly fond of this one, reminiscent of an Oriental painting, with a stem of grass trapped in the ice.

Ice art — surely an original with you. this and your water reflections are your signature photos. Keep them coming.
