Still Learning To See

Looking up

I feel so fortunate to see clouds in the sky! They so often seem to make the perfect companions in a photograph for trees, mountains or built structures. I think the juxtaposition of the form of a cloud with other forms can be interesting. And the light, of course, from bright white to taking on the color of the sunrise or sunset or the darkness of a storm. I’ve seen some remarkable clouds when I’m looking up.

The hard curves and regular angles of the London Eye, a beautiful structure, look even more lovely against a blue sky with a few, wispy, amorphous clouds.
